Graded EX 5 by PSA. This eye-catching Game 7 - 1924 World Series ticket stub was used by an eager patron to attend the October 10th game at Clark Griffith Stadium in Washington, DC. The “Big Train” Walter Johnson pitched a complete game in the clincher as the Washington Senators finished off the New York Giants, 4 games to 3, for Washington’s only World Series title. The 82-year-old stub has both sentimental and intrinsic value as the last ticket to the only win in the World Series for a now-defunct Washington Senator’s team – while the game was won by maybe the most beloved pitcher ever to toss a baseball. This piece of history has obtained an EX 5 grade from PSA and is well worth a second and third glance.
