Description

Presented is collection of (84) different Baltimore area sports autographed memorabilia with two single-signed Cal Ripken, Jr baseballs. The lot is not limited to only Baltimore sports heroes; there is a variety of quality items for every collector. The collection composite includes: (9) autographed official baseballs, with (2) Ripken signed All-Star balls (1983, side panel & 1996, sweet spot); (17) Hall of Fame gold plaque cards, with Banks, Leonard, Spahn, Hunter, Barlick, and Stargell; (5) autographed programs/magazines; (26) signed photographs, including many Orioles’ old-timers; (15) various 5x7 team issued photo cards; (8) signed Crown Baltimore Orioles Stand-Ups including Earl Weaver, Brooks Robinson, Jim Palmer and (1) signed Jim Palmer hardback book. The break from the theme, there is also a splendid Pete Rose Café autographed by Rose. This lot offers a windfall for the Baltimore or a fantastic break value for the profit minded investor.
