Description

Graded 3.5 by CGC Universal Grade. Most children can recall a moment when they pretended to be a superhero, and for children in the 1960s many of these superheroes were those created by Marvel Comics. In the early 1960s, Marvel creators introduced heroes like Spiderman, the Hulk and the Fantastic Four. Presented is one of the most sought after and collectible books printed, the Fantastic Four volume 1, with the origin of Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Girl, the Human Torch and the Thing. The genius of Stan Lee and artwork of Jack Kirby are merely two reasons for this comic’s popularity and with the new Fantastic Four movie out in theaters, this book will become more difficult to obtain in any grade. A conservative grade of 3.5 by CGC (unrestored) allows for optimal investment of this Holy Grail of Silver Age comic book collecting.
